Graded to my own opinion using the Sheldon Grading Scale ( UNC sealed ).

P-1 (Poor or Basal State) – Barely identifiable, date may be worn smooth with one side of the coin blanked. May include badly corroded coins.
Fr-2 (Fair) – Date and Type barely readable, heavily worn or damaged. G-4 (Good) – Rims may have slight wear, major design features are outlined. Peripheral lettering nearly full. VG-8 (Very Good) – Slight detail shows, two to three letters of the word.
F-12 (Fine) – Some areas with detail, all lettering is sharp. EF-40 (Extra Fine) – Overall sharpness, light wear at the highest points of the coin, details of the coin are sharp.
EF-45 (Choice Extra Fine) – Slight overall wear at the highest points of the coin, all the details are full and very sharp.
AU-50 (Almost Uncirculated) – Traces of wear at the highest points of the coin, at least half of the original mint luster remains UNC is for coins containing no wear.
